As a company which provides IT consulting, development of software, and other maintenance and operation service, we get and keep a lot of customers’ information. We consider that managing this information is the important social responsibility and that is the base to have relationships with customers, and we consider that privacy policy should take priority of all company activities. Based on the recognition, we set the following policy, and we all follow the policy and manage information properly.

1. For gathering personal information, we make the reason and a scope clear, we gather it properly by customers’ agreement,
   and we use the information within the range of their agreement.
2. With regard to the protection of personal information and confidential information, we obey the rules laws.
3. We protect gathered personal information from unauthorized access and loss, damage,
   falsification and leak of it, reexamine the procedures if necessary.
4. We continuously improve the system of Privacy Policy above.
